The customer shall be required to provide a valid credit card or a $100 cash deposit at the hotel on check in to cover any additional charges and may also be required to provide photographic identification.
The customer must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation at the hotel.

Refund Conditions

Providing the necessary notice has been given and you are entitled to receive a refund, the remaining deposit will be refunded to you in the original payment method, if you paid cash a cheque will be given.
